Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. If we anticipate a longer time, a member of our team will contact you immediately. Shipments may be delayed due to high order volume. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Delivery Time
Please allow up to 4 weeks for your order to arrive. Please keep in mind that depending on where the item is being delivered, that may or may not affect shipping time. Delivery time does not include Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Additionally, please allow a processing time of 1-3 business days.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
If relevant, we will email you a tracking number after your order is processed & shipped, usually within just a few days. If you do not receive it, please contact us, and we’ll be happy to assist. Keep in mind that small envelopes and economy airmail do not include tracking. 

General Information

  • A signature may be required upon delivery. If you are not home when your parcel is delivered, a note will be left explaining where and how to collect your order. We advise once you have been notified about attempted delivery, follow up immediately with your local post office to avoid having your product sent back to us. 
  • If you need to make changes/cancel an order you have placed, please email us at support@missmollymakes.com.
  • Occasionally issues beyond our control, such as poor weather conditions, mail service backlogs, or incomplete/incorrect addresses, may delay shipments beyond their scheduled delivery dates.  
  • Please note that all fees incurred after or during shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (eg. import tax).

The shipping cost varies on all orders depending on location and will be calculated at checkout.

Customs, Duties and Taxes
Miss Molly Makes is not responsible for any duties, fees, or taxes that are incurred during the delivery of your order/package. All fees incurred after or during shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Customers are solely responsible for any fees or charges incurred in the event a shipment is refused or otherwise returned to us.

We are not responsible for packages held by customs. Customers are solely responsible for being aware of and fully comply with all laws pertaining to the importing of materials purchased on our website.
