Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer returns for change of mind. In certain circumstances, we do offer returns. Returns can only be made for defective or damaged products that arrive due to manufacturing fault. Under those circumstances, returns can be made within 14 days of the date you received your order.
The item must be unused and in its original condition with the original packaging with all materials included. The item must not have been damaged while in the possession of the customer.
To process a return, please contact us at [email protected]. Please understand that all returns must be pre-authorized by emailing us before sending any product back to us. When contacting us, please include a description and image of the damaged item. We will get back to you right away. Once approved, we can offer store credit or a refund on your original method of payment. After 14 days, the Return Authorization will expire, and the item will no longer be eligible for a return.
Please note we reserve the right to refuse a return if it does not meet the conditions outlined above.
The cost involved in returning a damaged item to Miss Molly Makes will be covered or reimbursed by us. We will provide a pre-paid shipping label if we accept the return.
Once we have received your returned package and inspected the items, you will be contacted via the email address provided in your original order. If your return is accepted as per our returns policy, we will issue you a refund on your original method of payment or store credit. Please be aware that it may take some time before a refund is officially posted on your account.
We are sorry that you are unsatisfied with your item. Unfortunately, at this time, we do not offer exchanges on any items. We only provide exchanges in certain circumstances as stated above.
*ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL; REFUNDS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED ON THESE ITEMS UNLESS DEEMED DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED.
