Instead of the traditional pork, they use juicy chicken because that's what we prefer. Sheng Jian Bao is just so versatile!

The Twilight Cocktail, with its deep red colour, is a perfect representation of the upcoming @playredfall video game from @bethesda_anz ⁠
Both the cocktail and game feature dark, mysterious and sure to excite!⁠

The cocktail is made with homemade cranberry syrup and a unique combination of flavours including tequila, elderflower syrup, edible glitter and a smoky/savoury twist provided by the @smokeyq_ x Redfall collab Salt!⁠
⁠
The perfect accompaniment for a night of gaming or any occasion where you want to indulge in a delicious and visually stunning drink.⁠

Cranberry Syrup (sub for grenadine) ⁠
1 ½ cup cranberry juice, simmered in a saucepan until you have around ⅓ cup. ⁠
Cocktail⁠
2 shot tequila⁠
1-2 shots elderflower syrup⁠
1 shot triple sec⁠
1-2 shot cranberry syrup (see above) ⁠
½ shot lime juice⁠
pinch of SmokeyQ x Redfall Collab Salt or sub for chilli salt⁠
edible glitter or lustre dust ⁠
⁠
Instructions⁠
⁠
To salt the rim of your glass, take lime and cut it into quarters. Rub one of the quarters along the rim of the glass. Next, pour some SmokeyQ x Redfall Collab Salt onto a small plate and turn the glass upside down into the salt, so that the salt sticks to the rim.⁠
To create the margarita mixture, add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Give it a few shakes. Alternatively, you can mix all the ingredients together by stirring them.⁠
Strain the cocktail into your glass and serve cold.⁠
